What we collect

When you submit the demo request form, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company and, if you provide it, a description of what you are interested in. We also record the date of the request, the language of the form and the version of this notice.

Why and on what legal basis

We use the data only to respond to your request, arrange a demo and discuss a possible pilot project.

Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Requests are deleted automatically 12 months after submission. If we enter into a contract with your organisation, the relevant data is then kept under that contract.

Where it is stored and who has access

The data is stored in a database hosted in the EU (Ireland). Only the Privatron team can access it. Hosting and email providers process data on our behalf as processors under GDPR Art. 28. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 15–18 and 21). Write to info@privatron.eu.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
